How Rodin saved “Berkut”! ..

The final match of the championship of Nizhny Novgorod region on mini-football among the Premier League teams was very tense.

It happened so that the last match of the championship has become one of the most spectacular and intense. Defeat of the “Sormovo” team could no longer influence the balance of power in the standings, but the teams still, as it is called, did their best, to the fullest on the football field.

Numerous spectators attentively watched the ups and downs of the struggle, but in the first half of the meeting the ball flew into the gate only twice. The teams did not sit in the defense, so the goalkeepers had enough work.

And when in the end of the game there was a smell of “the world”, the nominal hosts under shouts of loyal fans, five together organized the final assault on the gates. Who would have thought that for a moment (!) before the final whistle ubiquitous Evgeniy Rodin would give victory to his fighting club, at close range literally pushing the ball into the gate!

“Berkut” has regained the champion title, but also the “Volna-FFC” team has reaffirmed its reputation as uncompromising opponent - in the asset of the team there are silver medals!
