Deputy Chief of the ALPW in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Dmitry Piskunov has told about an absolutely new electronic service.
The purpose of the novelty – non-admission to private security activity persons, which haven’t trained in educational institutions, who haven’t not passed the qualifying examination in Internal Affairs agencies and haven’t submitted the medical certificate on absence of medical contraindications to performance of duties of a private security guard. Dmitry Piskunov explained the procedure for obtaining such certificates and reminded that in case of detection of using false documents, the heads of private security organizations must immediately inform the territorial body of the MIA of Russia. There also were demonstrated samples of certificates of a private security guard - the real and fake, and at the end of the press-conference there was carried out testing of this service together with journalists. Among other innovations, now the so-called adaptive layout is applied on the official Internet website of the Department; the mobile version of the site doesn’t exist, the site itself determines the type of device, from which you have entered into it, and offers you the best option. From this month the smartphone itself will offer the user to download a mobile application of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, if he comes to a departmental site from a mobile device.
Currently a number of services are running in the test mode. Databases for the operation of the services are updated daily by the authorized services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
