On November, 16th there was held the 16th all-Russian conference of heads of agencies on personnel training for security and detective structures.
On November 17th, 2015, in addition to the program of the 16th all-Russian conference of the Central Council of Personnel Training Institutions of Russian Security and Detective Structures (CC PTI RSDS), there was held an author's seminar led by A. Z. Kolyasinsky “Normative regulation of problem issues of private security and detective activities, arms trafficking, and implementation of educational programs and educational services in these spheres”.
The Conference was attended by: member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian Union of the NSS Dmitry Galochkin, Chairman of the CC PTI RSDS Andrey Nozdrachev, Chairmans of the Board of the Association “CC RSDS”, Executive Secretary of the Coordination Council at the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Alexander Kozlov, chief expert-specialist of the ALPW in the MIA of Russia, police Major Andrey Garrivich Avanesov, representatives of the Department of education of Moscow, more than 150 representatives of educational institutions, engaged in training of private security guards and detectives.
During the Conference a number of issues were discussed: the current activities of the CC RSDS and CC at the Russian MIA, the issues of interaction with educational institutions; the concept of development of the private security sector of the Russian Federation concerning the activities of educational institutions, engaged in training of Russian security and detective agencies; the activities of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Russian Trade Union of the NSS to strengthen a public-private partnership in the field of the NSS. The activities of the NSS for development of educational standards. The role and place of educational institutions in the formation of educational standards; the issues of licensing of medical activities (medical offices) of educational institutions; the use of interactive laser simulators in the educational process; the normative and legal regulation and questions of licensing of activities of educational institutions and organizations, engaged in training; the use of the polygraph in activities of educational institutions; the activities of the Fund of Additional Professional Education “Soviet” in the field of creation of a system of voluntary certification of quality of educational services, etc.
