The meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region

The meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region took place in Nizhny Novgorod, presided by Deputy Superintendent of Police (on protection of public order) of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, police Colonel V.N.Generalov.

Present at the meeting:

•          Head of the Center of the LPW of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, Police Lieutenant Colonel N.P.Dyakov,

•          Deputy Head of the Center of the LPW of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, Police Lieutenant Colonel I.A.Bureev,

•          Member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council at the MIA of Russia, General Director of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” P.V.Kovalev,

•          Members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region.

The meeting of the Coordination Council was attended by honorable guests:

•          Chairman of the Board of the veterans organization of Internal Affairs bodies of Nizhniy Novgorod region, an honorable citizen of Nizhny Novgorod, Police Major-General Peter Ivanovich Sibirev.

•          Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the “Russian Union of veterans” all-Russian public organization of veterans, retired Colonel Alexander Nikolaevich Shevchenko.

•          Deputy Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the “Russian Union of veterans” all-Russian public organization of veterans, retired Colonel Peter Arkhipovich Donchenko.

•          Chairman of the Joint Committee of trade union organizations of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region  - Alexander Anatolievich Belikhin.

In his opening remarks, Deputy Superintendent of Police (on protection of public order) of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, Police Colonel V.N.Generalov noted that the current meeting of the heads of Nizhniy Novgorod public organizations of veterans and members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region was dedicated to further improvement of the joint work on realization of social projects to assist veterans and military-patriotic education of the younger generation.

During 2015, the year of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Coordination Council, in close cooperation with veterans organizations, conducted a number of military-patriotic events, dedicated to military and labor feats of our people in the Great Patriotic War.

First of all, it should be noted a successful holding of the Rally, dedicated to the Victory Day. The patriotic initiative of the Nizhny Novgorod security community was approved by the Government of Nizhny Novgorod region and the Administration of the Russian Main Department of the MIA in Nizhny Novgorod region. Three hundred kilometer route of the rally started from Nizhny Novgorod, passed through twelve settlements of Nizhny Novgorod region and was of great interest of residents of Nizhny Novgorod and the region, which was the result of an active work of the Organizing Committee of that important event, which was headed by Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security "Berkut" A.V.Sidorenko.

The course of the rally was widely covered by the central mass media of Nizhny Novgorod and the region.

A significant event of the year of the anniversary of the Victory was the participation and brilliant victory of the Sports club “MFC “Berkut” in the 6th football tournament among security companies of Russia, devoted to the 70th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. Despite the intense training process, the Sports Club “MFC “Berkut” leads an active patronage work with a children's football team of the Nizhny Novgorod boarding school № 1 for children-orphans. The coach of the MFC “Berkut” club, Alexander Ivanovich Prosvirnov and the team's best players lead trainings and master classes with young football players, giving them free equipment and sports requisites.

The results of this work of the MFC “Berkut” deserve the highest praise. The senior football team of the Nizhny Novgorod boarding school № 1 took the first place in the “Sports Olympus of the Volga region” district sports day for children from orphanages. Their younger comrades also showed themselves worthy at the “Small games of Good will” all-Russian sports festival for children from orphanages and boarding schools, the junior mini-football team of the Nizhny Novgorod boarding school № 1 also took the first place.

The “Labor force “Berkut” project was dedicated to preparations for celebration of the Great Victory, promoting patriotism and pride to the traditions and history of Russia and Nizhny Novgorod region. Its implementation has become a living response of the Association “Berkut” to the problems of educating the younger generation and is aimed at the formation of teenagers’ needs to fill their free time with constructive activities, work, instilling patriotism, loyalty to the traditions of heroes of the Great Patriotic War into them.

In honor of the Victory Day, in the Nizhniy Novgorod Museum of private security there was made an exhibition “We remember” by Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security "Berkut" A. V. Sidorenko, with which students of Nizhny Novgorod universities, pupils from boarding schools, children of employees of private security organizations familiarized.

In conclusion, V.N.Generalov stressed that members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on cooperation with the leadership of veterans organizations of Nizhniy Novgorod and the region in the anniversary year have made a lot of work on military-patriotic education of the younger generation, promotion of the heroic fighting and labor traditions of residents of Nizhny Novgorod. However, now it is important not to reduce its effectiveness, to plan and implement a complex of measures on further improvement of social projects to assist veterans, military-patriotic and legal education of the younger generation, improving the image of the private security and profession of a private security guard.

Then there was the meeting of the heads of Nizhny Novgorod public organizations of veterans and members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region with pupils of the boarding school № 1, with which the Coordination Council developed a long-standing patronage of communication.

Young guests informed those present about their success in school and the events, dedicated to the Great Victory, in which they participated.

Participants of the meeting of the Coordination Council with great interest familiarized with a thematic exhibition of children's drawings, prepared by the children, dedicated to the Victory Day activities of the MIA bodies to ensure safety of residents of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod private security community. All presented pictures of their young authors were transferred to the exposure of the Nizhny Novgorod Museum of private security.        

            

                After that the young guests performed a concert. The guests’ performances were remarkable for their exceptional diligence and desire to please the audience. And certainly, they succeeded.

Chairman of the Coordination Council V.N.Generalov and his Deputies N.P.Dyakov and P.V.Kovalev presented the young guests gifts from the Coordination Council and wished them good marks in studies and high achievements in art, new friends, new successes and new knowledge.

The celebratory table was set for the young guests in the corporate cafe “Berkut”, prepared for them by cordial employees of the cafe.

Chairman of the Coordination Council - Deputy Superintendent of Police (on protection of public order) of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, Police Colonel V.N.Generalov congratulated the leadership of the Sports club “MFC “Berkut”, the team coach – A. I. Prosvirnov and General Manager of the team – V. V. Gordeev with victory in the 6th football tournament among security companies of Russia, devoted to the 70th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War and handed them a letter of thanks.

At that, V.N.Generalov stressed that the victory of Sports club “MFC “Berkut” in one of the largest and brightest sporting events of the security industry of Russia is crucial in creating a positive image of the non-state security structures in society, promoting a healthy lifestyle among employees of security organizations, developing and maintaining physical training of private security guards.

V.N.Generalov wished the team of the Sports Club “MFC “Berkut” continued success in the sport, friendly and effective style of play, new convincing victories and brilliant achievements.

Then Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the “Russian Union of veterans” all-Russian public organization of veterans, retired Colonel Alexander Nilolaevich Shevchenko presented his report on the “World-historical significance of the victory of our people in the Great Patriotic War".

Alexander Nikolaevich provided an analysis in a bright, reasoned form of the origins and significance of the Great Victory, clearly formulated the main directions of the joint work of veterans organizations and the Nizhny Novgorod private security community on military-patriotic education of the younger generation, implementation of social projects to assist veterans.

Alexander Nikolaevich Shevchenko handed for active participation in organization and holding of events, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory and patriotic education of the younger generation:

•          to Peter Ivanovich Sibirev – “Honorary Sign of the Russian Committee of veterans of war and military service”;

•          to Members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council - Letters of Appreciation of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the “Russian Union of veterans” all-Russian public organization of veterans.

Chairman of the Council of the veterans organization of Internal Affairs bodies of Nizhniy Novgorod region, an honorable citizen of Nizhny Novgorod, Police General-Major Peter Ivanovich Sibirev gave a detailed analysis of the complex of measures jointly with the Coordination Council, implemented in 2015 for military-patriotic and legal education of residents of Nizhny Novgorod, social assistance to veterans.

Peter Ivanovich stressed that the Council of the veterans organization of the Department of Internal Affairs of Nizhny Novgorod region and the Coordination Council have a considerable experience of the joint work and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Nizhniy Novgorod security community for systematic, active and effective assistance in implementing social projects to assist veterans and current employees of the MIA, military-patriotic and legal education of the younger generation, as well as using the experience of the MIA veterans in practice of organizing interaction of private security structures with the MIA.

expressed his gratitude to the heads of veterans organizations for practical assistance of Nizhny Novgorod private security structures in professional training of employees of private security organizations that have the invaluable opportunity to use the extensive practical experience of the veterans in practice on organizing interaction of private security organizations with the MIA bodies, improving the image of the private security and profession of a private security guard.

Also P. V. Kovalev said that during 2015, Members of the Coordination Council took an active part in the complex of citywide and regional sports and applied military activities with pupils of military-patriotic clubs for teenagers of the city and region. The most significant of them were gatherings and rallies of members of military-patriotic associations of the city: “Caravan”, “Zastava” (in spring and autumn) and “Vyuga” (in winter). During 2015, more than two thousand pupils of military-patriotic clubs for teenagers of the city and region took part in those projects.

Further special guests visited the Unified Duty Department of Nizhny Novgorod private security organizations. Its leader, V. V. Degtev, familiarized the guests with the organization and results of its work, its experience in organizing interaction of private security organizations with the MIA bodies for prevention and suppression of offenses and crimes.

During the visit of the Unified Duty Department there was a symbolic event: the meeting of officers – combat veterans of different generations.

An employee of the Association “Berkut”, participant of military operations in the Caucasus, with three wounds, Cavalier of the Courage Order and Medal of the Order “For merits to the Fatherland”, reserve Captain Alexei Yuklin, which  in 1999 was personally handed a nominal premium weapon by Chairman of the Russian Government V.V. Putin, was represented to Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the “Russian Union of veterans” all-Russian public organization of veterans, retired Colonel Alexander Nikolayevich Shevchenko.

In the conversation with Alexei Yuklin, Alexander Nikolaevich Shevchenko expressed his confidence that the Banner of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was given by its veterans to the reliable hands of young followers, who honorably do their duty for ensuring security and inviolability of borders of Russia.

Guests with great interest got acquainted with a technological process and range of uniforms and special clothes, manufactured by the Sewing production of the Association “Berkut”. Head of the Sewing manufacture, a professional fashion designer-constructor G. F. Ryabova familiarized the guests with examples of uniforms, developed in the Association and already used in the private security, as well as the main directions of the Concept of development of uniforms for private security guards for the future taking into account modern requirements to functional, aesthetic and protective properties of their forms, as well as the specifics of different categories of objects on which they operate, developed in the manufacture of the Association.

                Guests also got acquainted with the work and menu of the corporate café, which organized free meals for the collective members of the Association “Berkut”.

A.V. Sidorenko - Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security “Berkut” familiarized the guests with training facilities and organization of professional training of private security guards and advanced training of the leadership of private security organizations in the Academy of Security “Berkut”. A specialized class of tactical - special training, which conducts practical training of groups of rapid response teams and staff of security guards of various categories of objects, was of particular interest for members of the delegation.

Further, members of the delegation with great interest familiarized with the exposition of the Museum of private security. Alexander Nikolaevich Shevchenko stressed that the creation and work of the museum is one of the most important forms of work to improve the image of the private security and prestige of the profession of a private security guard.

Alexander Nikolaevich Shevchenko signed a book of honorable guests of the Museum.
