Private security organizations temporary will not be able to carry out its activities on the territory of the Donetsk National Republic. This provision is enshrined in the law "On the police", adopted by the Parliament. This was announced by Secretary of the Committee for security and defence of the Parliament of the Republic, Alexander Simonenko.
- The prerogative of carrying out all security measures purely belongs to the MIA and currently is not subject to dispute. Today, the creation of any additional armed forces, uncontrollable state formations has no right to be, — said Simonenko.
This decision, according to the developer, was agreed at the enlarged meeting of the relevant Committee of the People's Council of the DNR with representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Court, the MIA and the DNR Ministry of State Security.
