The Central commission for periodic checks of private security guards and employees of other legal entities with special statutory purposes for suitability to actions in conditions, connected with using firearms and special means (the Central commission) is being established by the Russian MIA Decree, and the Provision about it is being approved. The Central commission performs organizational and methodological support of arranging periodic checks and control over holding periodic checks by commissions of the territorial bodies of the Russian MIA in accordance with the powers, provided by the Provision on holding by the RF MIA bodies periodic checks of private security guards and employees of other legal entities with special statutory purposes for suitability to actions in conditions, connected with using firearms and special means, asserted by the Decree of the Russian MIA of June 29^th, 2012 №647.
