CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE ASSOCIATION “THE COORDINATION CENTER OF HEADS OF SECURITY AND DETECTIVE STRUCTURES” A.M.KOZLOV MET WITH THE LEADERSHIP OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GUARD AND LEGAL COMPANIES “BERKUT”

Chairman of the Board of the Association “The Coordination Center of heads of security and detective structures” A.M.Kozlov met with the leadership of the Nizhny Novgorod Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut”.

         The visit of A.M.Kozlov had a planned, working character and took place in the central office of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut”. During the meeting there were discussed the issues of further perfection of activities of the Association “CC HSDS”. Also, there was conducted the analysis of a positive experience of interaction between the members of the CC HSDS and the MIA bodies of various regions of the Russian Federation.

         During the meeting, member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council at the Russia MIA – coordinator for the Volga Federal district, General Director of the Association “Berkut” P.V.Kovalev informed Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” A.M.Kozlov about the main directions and results of its activities, as well as prospects of development of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut”, which more than 3,000 employees in 105 cities across the country work in. Despite a difficult economic situation in the country, the Association “Berkut” shows good growth rates.

         The investment structure of the Association is focused on the unconditional implementation of its development strategy and improving the quality of security services.

P.V.Kovalev, as Member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council at the Russian MIA – coordinator for the Volga Federal district, informed Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” A.M.Kozlov about the activity of the Coordination Council of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, as well as the main directions of cooperation between private security structures of the Volga Federal District.

Then A.M.Kozlov visited the Unified Duty Department of Nizhny Novgorod private security organizations.

Its head, V.V.Degtev, familiarized Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” with the organization and results of its work, the experience in organizing the cooperation of private security organizations with the MIA bodies for prevention and suppression of offences and crimes. A.M.Kozlov’s particular interest was caused by the experience of attracting the crews of  rapid response teams to monitor the public order during their movement according to the specified routes.

Upon detection of offences along the route, the crew of a rapid response team assesses the situation, gives information to the Unified Duty Department, the operations duty officer of which informs the Duty Department of the Russian AMIA of Nizhny Novgorod.

Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” A.M.Kozlov with great interest got acquainted with the technological process and model range of uniforms and special clothes, produced by the sewing workshop of the Association.

Head of the sewing workshop, professional fashion designer G.F.Ryabova acquainted the guest with samples of uniforms, developed in the Association and already used in the private security, as well as the main directions of the Concept of development of uniforms for private security guards, developed in the Sewing workshop of the Association, for the future taking into account modern requirements to functional, esthetic and protective properties of their uniforms, as well as the specifics of various categories of objects, at which they operate.

Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security “Berkut” A.V.Sidorenko familiarized A.M.Kozlov with the training facilities and organization of professional training of private security guards and advanced training of leaders of private security organizations at the Academy of Security “Berkut”, as well as new educational and methodological developments of the Scientific Council of the Academy.

A.M.Kozlov’s particular interest was caused by a specialized class of special and tactical training, at which the practical training of groups of rapid response teams and crews of security of various categories of objects was held.

Next, Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” with great interest got acquainted with the exposition of the Museum of private security. He emphasized that the establishment and work of the Museum was one of the most important forms of work on improving the image of private security and prestige of the profession of private security guards and made a note in the Book of honorable guests of the Museum.

Besides, Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” got acquainted with the work and menu of the “Berkut” corporate café, which organized free meals for employees of the Association “Berkut”.

Following the meeting, A.M.Kozlov and P.V.Kovalev have planned a number of joint activities to further improvement of practical work on implementing the working Plan of the Association “CC HSDS” for the year of 2015, the issues of cooperation of the Association “CC HSDS” with the all-Russian and regional profile public organizations, as well as the collection, systematization, analysis, dissemination and practical application in the regions of Russia, in particular the Volga Federal district and Nizhny Novgorod region, the experience of private security structures in the issues of cooperation with the MIA bodies to ensure the public order and security.
