Deputy Chief of the police (for protection of public order) of the Russian MD MIA of Nizhny Novgorod, Chairman of the Coordination Council, police Colonel V.N.Generalov led the extraordinary meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council.
The meeting took place in the main office of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” and was devoted to summing up the participation of Nizhny Novgorod private security structures in preparing and holding in Nizhny Novgorod the all-Russian conference-seminar with Deputy chiefs of the police (for protection of public order) of the Ministries of internal Affairs for republics, the Main Departments of the Russian MIA for other subjects of the Russian Federation.

Opening the meeting, police Colonel V.N.Generalov emphasized that the holding so significant and large-scale event on the Nizhny Novgorod land with heads of the MIA bodies of all regions over the country was a manifestation of high trust of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The all-Russian conference-seminar was held for three days and was attended by over 150 people, including more than 30 employees of the central apparatus of the MIA of the country. The first Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Colonel General of the police A. V. Gorovoy, Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region V.P.Shantsev and Chief of the Main Directorate for ensuring protection of public order and coordination of interaction with Executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation of the Rusian MIA, General-Lieutenant of the police Y. K. Valyaev took part in its work.
Police Colonel V. N. Generalov informed the audience about the fact that the leadership of the MIA of the country gave a high assessment of the organizational and methodological level of holding the conference-seminar and on behalf of Chief of the Main Department of the Russian MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region, General - Lieutenant of the police I. M. Shaev presented Letters of Appreciation for the assistance, provided during the preparation and conduction, to the heads of security organizations.
Of course, participation in the holding of such a responsible and large-scale event required long and intense training, in which private security companies of the region, primarily members of the Presidium of the Coordination Council, took an active part.
In addition, participation in the preparation and conduction of the seminar-meeting provided the Nizhny Novgorod private security community with a unique opportunity to demonstrate the leadership of the MIA of the country, the Government of the region and the big public of the region, the role and importance of private security organizations in providing security and maintaining public order.
The key event of the seminar-conference was the demonstration of the joint training of the personnel of the regional police garrison and attached forces, including private security structures, involved in ensuring security of public order, which took place on the Central square of Nizhny Novgorod - Minin and Pozharsky square.
The event was attended by Chief of the MDDPOS of the Russian MIA, General-Lieutenant of the police Y. K. Valyaev, Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region V.P. Shantsev.
The security community was represented by Member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council at the Russian MIA – coordinator for the Volga Federal district, P. V. Kovalev, the founder of the PSE ABS "Vityaz-NN" Ltd. V.A. Raisky, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security "Berkut" A. V. Sidorenko.
The training involved more than 600 police officers and servicemen of internal troops of the MIA of Russia. 31 private security guards, 6 cars of rapid response teams with crews, as well as the personnel of the demonstration group consisting of two cars of rapid response teams with crews, equipped with modern means of navigation, communication and special means took part in the marching ceremony of the demonstrative training.
At the demonstration site there was also an exhibition, devoted to the main directions of activities of the Coordination Council at the Russian MIA of Nizhny Novgorod region on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives.
During the demonstration of the joint training of the regional police garrison and attached forces, including private security structures, involved in ensuring security of public order, the distinguished police officers were awarded, the operational situation was informed to the personnel, the task to ensure safety of citizens was determined.
The training ended with a solemn march of combat troops of the personnel, forces and means of the police, internal troops and private security guards, coming on duty. Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region noted that private security guards have demonstrated the appearance and drill bearing not worse than the police did, which during the passage showed exemplary appearance and drill proficiency.
Then, Chief of the MDDPOS of the Russian MIA, General-Lieutenant of the police Y. K. Valyaev and Deputy Head of the MDT of the Russian MIA, General - Major of the police V. I. Yartsev familiarized with the special equipment of the police and private security structures, posted at the demonstration site.
The leaders of the MIA began their visit with a demonstration group, consisted of two cars of rapid response teams of private security organizations with crews, equipped with modern means of navigation, communication and special means.
Lieutenant - General of the police Y. K. Valyaev and Deputy Head of the MDT of the Russian MIA, General - Major of the police V. I. Yartsev with great interest, within 15 minutes, got acquainted with the exposition, devoted to the main directions of activities of the Coordination Council at the MD MIA of Russia of Nizhny Novgorod region on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives. Member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Security "Berkut" A. V. Sidorenko presented the exposition and answered questions of the leaders.
Special high interest of visitors was caused by the part of the exposition, devoted to the Concept of participation of private security organizations in ensuring safety of the objects of the world football Championship of 2018.
Thus, the task, set during the participation of private security organizations in the preparation and holding of the all-Russia seminar-meeting was successful - the leadership of the MIA of the country, the Government and wide public of the region were demonstrated a high level of interaction between Nizhny Novgorod private security agencies with the internal affairs bodies in the execution of tasks, as well as the role and importance of private security companies in providing security and maintaining public order.
