On June 18^th, 2015 the XV all-Russian conference of heads of institutions on training the personnel for security and detective structures, conducted by the Central Council of institutions on training personnel for the Russian security and detective structures (the CC ITP RSDS), began its work. The Conference is scheduled participation of not only members of the CC ITP RSDS, but also representatives of the ADLPW of the RF MIA, the Federal tax service, the Russian Consumer Supervision, the Moscow Department of education, the all-Russian Union of the NSS, the all-Russian public organization “Business Russia”, as well as representatives of enterprises-manufacturers of weapons and special means. Opening the Conference, Chairman of the CC ITP RSDS A.E.Nozdrachev and the 1^st Deputy Chairman of the CC ITP RSDS A.Z.Kolyasinsky presented a welcoming speech to the delegates. In his speech A.Z.Kolyasinsky emphasized the importance of cooperation of the non-state educational institutions with the Coordination Councils for cooperation with the non-state security and detective structures of the territorial bodies of the Russian MIA, and also called for a greater use of opportunities of the Commission №3 of the Coordination Council for cooperation with private security organizations and private detectives at the Russian MIA in the field concerning organizing the exchange of information relevant to improvement of activities of educational institutions. At the end of the official part of the Conference opening, Chairman of the Board of the Association “CC HSDS” A.M.Kozlov gave information to the audience about the current activities of the Coordination Council for cooperation with private security organizations and private detectives at the Russian MIA and the Coordination Center of heads of security and detective structures.
