Moscow. On April 23rd, 2015 there was held a meeting of members of the NP “CC HSDS”. Over 60 heads of private security organizations of the non-commercial partnership and two leaders online through Skype took part in the meeting. The meeting started with a minute of silence in memory of Igor Alexandrovich Goloshapov.
In the first half of the day there were considered organizational questions. The key of them: “The report on the activities of the Board of the CC HSDS in 2014 and the plan for 2015”, “on improving the management bodies of the CC HSDS”, “Admission to members of the CC HSDS”. According to the general meeting resolution, the Association “THE COORDINATION COUNCIL OF THE NON-STATE SECURITY STRUCTURES OF THE CRIMEAN REPUBLIC” public union was accepted to the CC HSDS members. In the afternoon, there was held a seminar, in which representatives of law enforcement bodies – the first Deputy Head of the ALPW of the Russian MIA, police Colonel A.A.Malikov and Deputy Head of the department of the ALPW of the Russian MIA, police Lieutenant Colonel D.A.Lazarev took part. On behalf of the security community, Chairman of the Board of the NP “CC HSDS” A.M.Kozlov, Chairman of the Educational Council SEI “the Academy of Security “Berkut” A.V.Sidorenko, Executive Director of the Association “THE COORDINATION COUNCIL OF THE NON-STATE SECURITY STRUCTURES OF THE CRIMEAN REPUBLIC” public union – A.A.Kabeletsky, Deputy Director of the Group of security organizations “Kirasa” V.V.Chuprinsky, General Director of the PSE Ltd. A.G.Kozeev, as well as Expert on working conditions of the ANO ECC “Trud” G.B.Tikhomirova spoke at the meeting. The speakers were listened to with great interest. The audience asked questions and made comments. Therefore, all presentations were not in the form of a report, but in the form of a lively discussion. Almost every member of the audience had the opportunity to express his opinion on the question under discussion.
