The regional Rights Day “Children and parents: aspects of family legislation”

On October 17^th the Rights Day was held under the patronage of the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod, in the Nizhny Novgorod state regional children’s library.

This year the theme was: “Children and parents: aspects of family legislation”. Eight-graders of the comprehensive cadet school №4 were invited for the discussion.

Experts were represented by invited at the meeting one of the largest non-state security structures of Nizhny Novgorod region – the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut”.

The representative of the Association – O.V.Skorodumov – Grand-master of the Slavonic-Goritsky fighting, honored coach of Russia of the hand-to-hand decathlon read a lecture to the guys about education of men in the modern society and education of men in ancient Russia, thereby captivated the audience with his stories of centuries-old experience of family education of the Russian. Many of the guys for the first time in their lives heard the Church Slavonic and Old Russian speech. Oleg Vladimirovich proved by vivid examples that the ancient traditions of family education are worthy to be revived!

But, perhaps, the most interesting for the cadets, as future soldiers, became a master class in the Slavonic-Goritsky fighting, which was led by O.V.Skorodumov. The guys enthusiastically repeated unfamiliar techniques.

Representatives of the Inspectorate for Minors’ Affairs, Chief Specialist of the Commission on Minors’ Affairs and protection of their rights under the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod delivered the speech as professional experts in family laws.
