On May 23rd, 2014 there was held the meeting of the 1 and 3 Commissions of the Coordination Council on interaction with private security organizations and private detectives at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The following questions were exposed on the agenda:
1) Consideration and approval of issues of the qualification examination and periodic inspections of private security guards;
2) Discussing the concept of development of the security legislation of the Russian Federation and the action plane (“road map”) of the “Development of competition and improvement of Antimonopoly policy in the sphere of security activities”;
3) Measures on providing practical assistance to security organizations of the FSC in organizing the leaders’ training.
Representatives of the security community and the MIA of Russia managed to find common ground for all the discussed issues.
