Deputy Chief of the Main Department for the protection of public order of the Russian Interior Ministry Leonid Vedenov informed, that employees of private security companies will breathe “in the tube” before each access to the post and the State Duma considers the corresponding legislative changes.
The drunk state is perceived as normal. In fact, even the smell is enough to dismiss such a guard and punish all the private security company. Personally, I would not mind if the guards, perceiving weapons, undergo pre-shift medical examinations. That is, they will breathe “in the tube”, - said Vedenov.
According to him, on one of the bill versions, the authorized police will be able to check any guard for the state of alcoholic intoxication. His refusal will cause the deprivation of the right to bear arms for two years. A protocol will be drawn up on site, as well as during the checks of drivers on the road.
In the near future the norm will appear where every employee of a private security company will be tested once a year for drugs and psychotropic substances.
