In the framework of the “Safety Technologies” Forum the Plenary session of the second All-Russian conference of Non-state security took place.
The meeting was chaired by a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation D.E.Galochkin.
The meeting was held in two parts with a break. It was lasted for 4 hours.
Representatives of private security organizations and detectives, sectoral institutions of civil society and non-profit organizations, industry educational institutions and the media attended the meeting.
Mainly the issues of interaction with state authorities and formation of a unified policy in the NSS sphere were discussed. It was emphasized, that only joint efforts of law enforcement and the NSS will allow solving the tasks of maintaining security efficiently.
The subject of legal regulation of the NSS was considered. They spoke about violation of rights of non-state actors, including the terms of competition.
Also, a question about the industry image was raised, and therefore it was suggested to consider the question of establishment of the “Day of the Guard”.
