REPRESENTATIVE OF NIZHNY NOVGOROD SECURITY COMMUNITY CONGRATULATED THE PRECINCT INSPECTORS ON THE HOLIDAY

The festive events took place in honor of the precinct inspectors in the State Institution of the MIA of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Region.

On November 19, 2013 a festive event dedicated to the celebration of the 90th anniversary of establishment of precinct service was held in the collegium hall of State Institution of the MIA of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The ceremony was attended by Ivan Shayev, Police Lieutenant General, the Head of the State Institution of the MIA of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Region; Vadim Vargin, Police Colonel, the Head of activity organization of the precinct inspectors (PI); Peter Sibirev, a member of the Public Council of the State Institution and the Chairman of the Board of Veterans; Sergei Matveev, a member of the Public Council of the State Institution, Archpriest; Alexei Komlev, the Head of regional security and mobilization preparation of the Nizhny Novgorod region; Albert Ulyanov, the Head of the department on work with law enforcement agencies for the protection of public order and military affairs of the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod and Sidorenko A.V., the representative of the member of the Coordination Council of the MIA of Russia – Privolzski FD Coordinator Kovalev P.V.

Ivan Shayev, Police Lieutenant General, the Head of the Chief Directorate, spoke with congratulations: “The image of the entire Police largely depends on your integrity, professionalism and ability to communicate with people. For you patriotism is not just a word and it manifests in your daily service. Constantly communicating with people, you are called to solve their issues and ensure their safety.”

The Head of the department on activity organization of precinct inspectors and juvenile cases units Police Colonel Vadim Vargin thanked the subordinates for their responsible attitude to work and good performance results.

Peter Sibirev, a member of the Public Council of the State Institution of the MIA of Russia called the precinct inspectors the central figure in ensuring the protection of public order and read a poem about the service, written by one of the Nizhny Novgorod precinct inspectors. On behalf of the City Administration Albert Ulyanov presented gifts to the winners of the professional skills competition for precinct inspectors of Nizhny Novgorod.

Sidorenko A.V., the representative of a member of the Coordination Council of the MIA of Russia – Privolzski FD Coordinator Kovalev P.V., stressed in his speech that the precinct inspectors have always been and are the main link between the Interior and the population. It is them who are closest to the people and people increasingly turn to them for help. Generally, the population makes their judgment about law enforcement agencies on precinct inspector activities and therefore the tasks they face are always challenging.

Private security structure of the city and the region are in constant contact and interaction with the Police service of precinct inspectors who daily prove their highest level of professionalism and loyalty to the duty.

Nizhny Novgorod private security structures direct individual words of gratitude to the service veterans, to all those who for many years have daily been carrying a heavy burden of being a precinct inspector and, being on a higher position, organized this job.

Their experience and professionalism became the solid foundation on which the service traditions of precinct inspectors are successfully developing; the young generation of defenders of law and order are brought up in places.

Sidorenko A.V. on behalf of the Coordination Council at the State Institution of the MIA of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Region and a member of the Coordination Council of the MIA of Russia – Privolzsky FD Coordinator Kovalev P.V., gave the presents to Myasnikov Pavel Semenovich, Militia Major General retired; Poverennov Gennady Nikolayevich, a Police Colonel retired; Kozhenov Alexander Viktorovich, a Police Colonel retired; Belihin Alexander Anatolyevich, the Chairman of the Joint Committee of the trade union organizations of the State Institution of the MIA of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Region, Police Colonel retired; Moskovkin Alexander Vasilyevich, Police Lieutenant Colonel retired.
