The President approved the Concept of Social Security in the Russian Federation. This was reported on the website of the President.
The first stage (the years 2013-2016): development and adoption of legislative and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, development and testing of complex target programs on ensuring public safety, adjustment of regional and municipal programs, implementation and monitoring of the existing programs following the basic directions of the activity on supply of public safety.
The second stage (the years 2017-2020): adoption of complex target programs, aimed at ensuring public safety, including Federal, regional, municipal and sectoral programs on crime prevention, social and ethnic conflicts, prevention, elimination and (or) minimization of emergency consequences of the natural and technogenic character.
