GENERAL MEETING AND SEMINAR OF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION “COORDINATION CENTER OF THE HEADS OF GUARD AND INVESTIGATION COMPANIES"

On October 29-30 in the conference room at “Beta” hotel, Moscow, the general meeting and the seminar of the non-profit organization “Coordination Center of the heads of guard and investigation companies was held. It was dedicated to the exchange of practical experience.

The representative of a firm specializing in protection of personal data,  secret office work organisation, etc. spoke in front of the audience.

The information about the imminent increase of the penalties for violations of the law on protection of personal data brought much animation.

The lively debate was aroused by Sidorenko A.V. speech on guards training issues, problems and prospects of the functioning of private educational institutions. What is the future of non-state educational institutions - to expand its range of programs through training on health and safety, training of snowmobile drivers etc. or future is in specialization and increase of the level of training of private security guards for specific objects or specific organizations. Among others Stepanov N.A. expressed his opinion in an imaginative speech replete with historical references and allegories which was hardly concise.

Then the prospects of effective image programs startup, practical steps to improve the legislation and several others matters were discussed.

The meeting participants visited the Shooting Complex “Kalibr”. The participants who arrived by bus were greeted by Korolev M.I., the member of Coordination center of the Heads of Guard and Investigation companies – the Head of the holding which owns the complex. Tour of the complex began in the conference room, where Lazarev D.A., the Head of the department on state policy realization in the private security of the State Institution of the Chief Directorate of public peace and order of the MIA of Russia, gave his speech. He presented an overview of the work carried out by the department on improving the legislation. He heard out the feedback and answered the questions.

The Complex made an indelible impression on the audience. Repeatedly you could hear expressions like “This is what I dream about”. The cameras, tablets, cell phones clicked like everything else that can save pictures. The questions were openly of a pragmatic type like “what is the material on the walls, how much did it cost you” and so on.

The shootout competition was held in the gallery for practical shooting. The winner is Sapichev, the coordinator for the North Caucasus FD.
