On August 8th, 2013 the guards of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” - Moshkin A. M., Tselikova E. A. and Gryaznov A. V. were on duty guarding one of the objects of “Eldorado” company in the shopping center “Kosmos” in Rybinsk.
At 11am the mentioned guards received an operational lead from the criminal investigation that a criminal who was on the All-Russian wanted list under Article 158 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation could be among the visitors of the protected object.
The guards of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” Moshkin A. M., Tselikova E. A. and Gryaznov A. V. with the received fundamental data and by patrolling and using the Mall CCTV detected his location. They promptly reported to the MIA.
Before the Police officers arrived, the guards Moshkin A. M., Tselikova E. A. and Gryaznov A. V. covertly controlled the movement of the wanted criminal about the mall. They precisely pointed out his location to the Police squad arrived to the scene and actively assisted to the MIA officers during the detention showing a high level of training, courage and resourcefulness.
The authorities of the Municipal institution of the MIA of Russia in Rybinsk sent a Letter of gratitude to the guards and appealed to the administration of “Eldorado” companies and the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” to promote the guards Moshkin A. M., Tselikova E. A. and Gryaznov A. V. “for smart and professional actions during detention of criminal”.
