The match "Berkut" vs."Volgatransgaz"

The match between "Berkut" and "Volgatransgaz" took place in sports and recreation center "Meschersky" on April 18^th. Over 500 visitors came to see the match. The battle was held between a champion and a candidate for the silver medals. The champion team took a jump start and Valery Makarov was precise twice. But "Berkut" which was relying on its fast forwards turned the scale of score to its side. "VTG" left for the break as the leader, although the visiting team virtually didn't leave the rival's part of the field during the second half of the meeting.

The attempts of "VTG" to change the situation, alas, were in vain, although Stanislav Yushchenko and Dmitry Navalnev, for example, were about to succeed many times. But using his signature style Alexander Kubishkin leveled the score on the board and Dmitry Shishulin followed him scoring a goal. Due to the blunders in defense, "VTG" capitulated twice which happened after the team goalkeeper Maksim Rodionov saved the penalty skillfully.

“Berkut” recouped over and above in the first round and now it is only a miracle that can stop Vladislav Gordeev’s team from winning the silver awards. The battle was over with the score of 3 to 6 in favor of “Berkut. Keep it up!
