Malikov Anatoliy Anatolyevich graduated from the F. E. Dzerzhinsky Military Aviation Engineering Academy of Tambov, the Orel Institute of Law of MIA of the Russian Federation, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. His work activity is connected with the maintenance of public order in the field of state control over private security and detective activities of licensing directorate. Today he is the head of the Directorate for the Administration of the State Policy in the field of Arms Trafficking of the Chief Directorate of public peace and order of the MIA of Russia.
