The Match “Berkut” vs. “Rhodos”

Another round of meetings between the Premier League teams, “Berkut” and “Rhodos”, took place in sport and recreation center “Meshchersky” on March 21^st, 2013. At the beginning of the meeting, the fast forward of “Rhodos”, Ivan Pavlov, flew into the rival's penalty area and sent the ball from a turn to the left Upper V. “Berkut” darted forward and soon in his fall Pavel Gubko managed to redirect the “bullet” into the goal net. The visiting team took the lead but only for a short time: at the end of the first half of the meeting Nikola Georgiev who is always furrowing the rival’s penalty area, managed to emerge the winner in the fight against the rival goalkeeper.

The brace performed by Pavlov brought hope to the coaching staff of “Rhodos” but the home team couldn’t break away much that day. “Berkut” ambushed the home team goalpost, leveled the score and was a success three times within four minutes! The replacement of the goalkeeper with the field player number “5” did not bring the desired result - Maxim Kirillov and Alexander Kubyshkin hit the bare target right from the center of the field and later the ball landed to the goal net already from a tight angle. “Rhodos” attempts to save the situation, alas, were in vain. The defense of the visiting team was extremely careful though Pavlov, Mikhail Mezentsev and Andrei Sakharov repeatedly tried to “break through” the stubborn goalie of the rival squad.

The match was over with the score 8 to 3 in favor of “Berkut”.
