The results of «The best russian region – 2011» contest

On March 12, the CEO of the Association of Guarding and Legal Companies «Berkut» participated in the Coordination meeting with the heads of guarding and investigation companies of the country which was held in Moscow in the building of the MIA of Russia. The meeting was organized in the briefing room and chaired by Vedenov L.V., the Deputy Chief of the Main Guard Directorate of public peace and order, the MIA of Russia.

The meeting was attended by some 130 representatives from 23 regions of Russia as well as by the Deputy Chairman of Russian State Duma Committee on Security Deputy Andrei Lugovoi and the Head of the Department of Economic Security of business, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, Nikolai Getman.

The meeting summed up the results of the Third All-Russian contest «Best Russian region in organization and interaction of bodies of internal affairs with private guarding companies in law enforcement and crime prevention» which was conducted together with the Main Guard Directorate of public peace and order, the MIA of Russia and the editors of «Management of security» journal.

The Coordination Council at the State Institution, the MIA of Russia in Nizhegorodski Region won the second place in the category «THE BEST REGION» out of 42 regional Coordination Councils which took part in the competition. The CERTIFICATE FOR THE 2nd PLACE OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN CONTEST was awarded to Kovalev P.V., the Deputy Chairman of the Coordinating Council at the State Institution, the MIA of Russia in Nizhegorodski Region.

Kovalev Pavel Vladlenovich, the CEO of the Association of Guard and Legal Companies «Berkut» was awarded the title of «THE MANAGER OF THE YEAR» the second year in a row.

In addition, Vedenev L.V., the Deputy Chief of the Main Guard Directorate of public peace and order, the MIA of Russia awarded Kovalev P.V. with a Certificate for active cooperation with the bodies of internal affairs in crime prevention and solving as well as peacekeeping.

A letter of Acknowledgement was given to the Director of the Non-state educational establishment of further vocational education Educational Center «Berkut-Cadet» Sidorenko A.V. Vedenov L.V., the Deputy Chief of the Main Guard Directorate of public peace and order, the MIA of Russia, thanked Sidorenko A.V. for a considerable contribution to improvement of the professional development of employees and managers of private guarding companies and congratulated him on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Private Investigation and Guarding in the Russian Federation.
