During the visit Police Colonel Shmonin A.B. and Police Lieutenant Colonel Dyakov N.P. familiarized with the security organization in the shopping center «Fantastika», met with the staff of the Association of guard and legal companies «Berkut» who ensure the safety of this location, one of the most important in the city.

In his speech, Shmonin A.B. mentioned that under skilled managers’ supervision the security staff of the shopping center «Fantastika» ensures complete safety of the shopping center personnel and its guests as well as the inventory and promptly take effective measures to prevent offenders illegal acts. The guards are well trained to fulfill the tasks. On duty, they timely and properly respond to emergency situations showing high level of professionalism and vigilance.

Shmonin A.B. emphasized that professional and proper performance of duties by guards at the objects they are in charge of is an essential part of private guarding companies contribution to the MIA.

In front of the line of guards of the shopping center «Fantastika» Shmonin A.B. read the Order by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Army General Nurgaliyev R.G. about awarding of the outstanding employees of the Association of guard and legal companies «Berkut» with the Badge of Honor «For the contribution to the MIA of Russia» and gave the awards to:

Degtev Vladimir Vladimirovich – the Chief of the Common Control Department of the guarding companies of Nizhny Novgorod; Romanov Roman Vladimirovich - a private guard, an employee of the guarding company «Berkut».
