On April, 19 on the threshold of operational conference in Head Office of Internal Affairs of Nizhniy Novgorod Militia Major General Ivan Mikhailovich Shaev, Director of Head Office of Internal Affairs of the Nizhniy Novgorod region, in the presence of the managerial personnel of Department of Internal Affairs of the region presented the directors of private security organizations of Nizhniy Novgorod with diplomas of Coordination Council on cooperation with Guarding and Detective Organizations of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

«Many directors of  Private Security Company some time ago were workers of Department of Internal Affairs. I am very thankful to them that they are still in our ranks and continue making inestimable contribution in maintenance of public order and public safety in the territory of the administrative centre and the whole region»,   remarked General Shaev.

Diplomas of Coordination Council on cooperation with Guarding and Detective Organizations of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were presented to laureates of competition «Best region of Russia in organizing cooperation of the maintenance of public order and crime prevention»:

• The general director of Guard Companies «Berkut» Kovalev Pavel Vladelenovich.
• The general director of Guard Companies «Vitiaz» Raiskii Viacheslav Aleksandrovich.
• The director of the non-state educational establishment Training Center «Berkut-Cadet» Sidorenko Aleksandr Vasilyevich.

The diploma of the first degree «Best region of Russia in organizing cooperation of the maintenance of public order and crime prevention in 2010» was presented to Coordination Council of Head Office of Internal Affairs of the Nizhniy Novgorod region on cooperation with Guarding and Detective Organizations in the person of Militia Lieutenant Colonel Dyakov Nikolai Petrovich, Chief of the Department of Licensure and Control over private detective and guarding services of Head Office of Internal Affairs of the Nizhniy Novgorod region.
