On November 10, 2010 Director General of the Berkut Association P. V. Kovalev took part in ceremonial celebration of Coordination Council Presidium of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Nizhniy Novgorod region on cooperation with private security services in honor of Militia Day. ![]() Among other guests on the meeting were present: Militia Major-General V.D. Kabatskiy, Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Central Internal Affairs Directorate Assistant, Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Public Security Militia Director; Militia Colonel A.B. Shmonin, Public Security Militia Deputy Director, Coordination Council Chairman, Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Central Internal Affairs Directorate; Militia Mayor N. P. Dyakov, acting Chief of the Department of Licensure and Control over private detective and guarding services of Nizhniy Novgorod regional Central Internal Affairs Directorate Public Security and some members of Coordination Council Presidium. During the meeting Militia Major-General V.D. Kabatskiy, Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Central Internal Affairs Directorate Assistant, Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Public Security Militia Director, warmly greeted all Presidium Members and teams of private security organizations that they represented. Primarily he congratulated with the grand occasion all veterans that are still in service at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Militia Mayor-General V.D. Kabatskiy highly estimated the work of the Coordination Council and highlighted that it had brought the activity and the efficiency of the private security organizations up to the higher level. These organizations in his opinion have become of substantial help to the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers concerning protection of law and order. Kabatskiy V.D. awarded members of the Coordination Council with Militia Public Safety memorable keepsakes engraved as “For contributing to protection of public safety”.
![]() Victor Dmitrievich had further noticed that the situation created during implementation of the Federal Law 272-FL and the upcoming reformation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs bodies require further enhancement of the co-work for being able to upgrade the standard of guarding services and to organize interaction between private security enterprises and the law enforcement agencies. The work of the Coordination Council of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate is of primary importance for the implementation of the above-stated purpose. The Council has been called to lead this activity, to make it more dynamic, effective and highly efficient. Kovalyev Pavel Vladlenovich - a member of the Coordination Council Presidium of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Privolzhskiy Federal District Coordinator, congratulated Mayor-General V.D. Kabatskiy and the employees of Militia of Public Security CIAD N. Novgorod region with the Militia Day. Mr. Kovalev assured the administration of CIAD that the private security organizations will accomplish all delivered tasks with credit and continue to be of substantial and reliable help to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. |
