Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” is today one of the biggest guarding organizations in Volga Federal district, and has been working in the market of guard services since September 04, 1996.

This is a dynamically developing enterprise with solid management staff and high-qualified structure sub-divisions – arrest groups and guarding groups. The greatest part of the administrative body of “Berkut” comprises of former personnel of law enforcement bodies and armed forces.

The operation management of the company is conducted by the Board of Directors consisting of:

Arakcheeva Irina Ivanovna, she graduated from the economy faculty of Nizhniy Novgorod State University named after Lovachevsky. She has been working in the guarding enterprise “Berkut” since 2000.

Zorina Natalya Leonidovna, she graduated from the juristic faculty of Nizhniy Novgorod State University named after Lovachevsky. She worked in investigation bodies of the Ministry of Interior, a lawyer and member of Nizhniy Novgorod Lawyer Chamber. She has been working in the guarding enterprise “Berkut” since 2002.

Kovalev Pavel Vladlenovich graduated from Nizhniy Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation and State Pedagogic University, Gorkovsky Commander College named after I.P. Kulibin.

Novozhilov Juriy Valerievich graduated from the All-Union Juristic Institution. Militia colonel in retirement, the total service in bodies of the Ministry of Interior is 22 years. He has been working in the guarding enterprise “Berkut” since 2001.

All-Russia meeting of heads of the Russian Federation Ministry of Interior divisions and representatives of the biggest private guard-finding organization of Russia took place from September 2 up to September 5 in Kemerovo city

In the context of the meeting the first open meeting of the Coordination Counsel of cooperation with guard-finding organizations at the Department of public order maintenance of the Russian Ministry of Interior has been held.

One of the most important decisions, made on this Meeting was the approval of the order of appointment of representatives of Coordination Counsel in Federal districts. The Director-General of the Association of guard and legal companies “Berkut” P.V. Kovalev was unanimously commissioned as a representative in Volga Federal district.

All personnel of “Berkut” Association which comprises more than one thousand five hundred people, is active and high-qualified, it makes its service in Nizhniy Novgorod market of guarding services. During the whole period of activity of Association “Berkut” has been profiting deserved respect either from authorities, or from its clients.

The main task of the activity of “Berkut” Association is provision of stable and normal functioning of organizations and enterprises, as well as preventing menaces to their safety, protection of legitimate interests of organizations from illegal encroachment on their rights, life and health protection of personnel, denial of theft of financial and material values, material and technical facilities, provision of production and training activity, including also technical facilities for guarding.

In the limits of this task, “Berkut” Association renders the following services:

• Protection of property of companies of all types. Guard department personnel are able to provide safety of your objects, from infringements of malefactors. The department has an experience of guarding of banks, offices, shops, warehouses, hotels (from big production areas and workshops to private flats and small offices); protection of public order in night clubs and during conducting of mass spectacle-sport events.
• Life and health protection of citizens – body-guard services (including services for foreign persons). The department of personnel guarding of our firm comprises of well-trained, physically b employees, who have passed strict selection for their vacancies.
• Panel guard: installation of the most modern systems of guard alarm with further connection to the panel of centralized observation, and guarding of objects by the way of quick departure of emergency group at response of the guard alarm or button of emergency alarm.
• Armed convoy of weight within the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
• Information and consulting provision:
 
• Development of projects for provision of complex safety on the enterprises (check of technical fortification of an object);
• Studying of market for business negotiations, finding of untrustworthy or unreliable partners;
• Conducting of expert evaluation of commercial risks of investments in certain objects and deals;
• Delineation of possible channels of information drain, establishment of conditions of commercial secret or other official secret enclosure;
• Audition of guards and security service.
• The whole complex of legal services: from drafting of civil and other contracts up to representation of Customer’s interests before a court, including assistance in firm registration and receipt of all possible licenses.

Basic rules of “Berkut” Association are reliability, responsibility and high-qualification. During 12 years of work the company has recommended itself as a reliable and responsible partner. That’s why it is not on occasion that among the Association clients there are such big enterprises of Nizhniy Novgorod city, as JSC “Bor glass-production plant”, JSC “Zavojskiy motor plant”, JSC “Nizhpharm”, JSC “Nizhpolygraph”, retailer net “Eldorado” and many other. Today “Berkut” clients are more than 300 public, municipal and private commercial organizations of Nizhniy Novgorod city and region (trading centers, net of brand shops, banks, offices, educational institutions).

Thanks to qualification of “Berkut” guards not one crime was prevented and offender was arrested. In such way, in August 2008 the guards of “Berkut” prevented an attempt to steal money using spurious credit card in one bank of Nizhniy Novgorod city. By received description from the officers of security service of the bank, a young man was arrested, who had 20 spurious credit cards with him and money in the amount of 950 000 rubles. At the present time the criminal proceedings has been carried, and preliminary investigation into circumstances of the case is conducted.

On September 13, 2008 the staff of guarding enterprise “Berkut” during their service in a club arrested a citizen of Shatky city, from whom a pistol of “Nagan” system was withdrawn, which was in search, as it was found out afterwards.

Great attention is paid by the management of company to development of corporative culture, upbringing of command spirit among employees.

On August 30, 2006 the Autonomous noncommercial organization “Sport club “Berkut” was founded. The football team has been being in “Berkut” for rather long period of time. Members of the team gathered together to play for fun and relax during a game. Gradually the simple hobby became in a real need to gather not to communicate with each other and so on, but exactly for the game, for professional football.

Despite, that the team of “BERKUT” is young yet, it has a lot of wins and awards, and continues to perfect its professional level.

In purpose of attraction to the systematic sport trainings of citizens of Nizhniy Novgorod, as well as in purpose of development and popularization of mini-football the Association “Berkut” organizes games for the cup of the Association.

“Berkut” association promotes the attraction of children to sport together with Committee of football team the Association organized a sport holiday for children “Children, sport – national health”, renders financial assistance for children football club.
