More than 100 representatives of non-state educational establishments from all regions of the country attended the conference. The Coordination Council of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Nizhny Novgorod Region was represented at this event by A. Sidorenko, Director of the Non-State Educational Establishment of Continuing Professional Training “Berkut-Kadet”. The participants of the Conference discussed the following questions: 1. Changes in the regulatory and legal framework, regulating the activities of non-state educational establishments. Information on training programs for licensed security guards and computer programs for qualifying examination was provided by D. Sarychev and A. Zolotukhin, representatives of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the MIA of Russia. 2. Peculiarities of modern licensing the activities of non-state educational establishments (speeches of representatives of educational institutions; Information was provided by Y. Kotik, Chairperson of the Department of Education of Moscow. The Participants of the Conference discussed in detail the practical issues of “Licensing of T&E Activity Regulations, approved by the RF Government Order of March 31 2009 N 277” and the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of September 3 2009 N 323. ![]() 3. Enforcement of fire code in educational institutions (speech of the representative of the Russian Emergency Ministry); A report on complying with the fire code requirements by non-state educational establishments was made by O. Suvakov, representative of the Russian Emergency Ministry. 4. A speech concerning the issues of cooperation between non-state educational establishments and the CC of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the MIA and NPO “CC ROSS” was made by I. Goloschyapov, representative of the CC of the Maintenance of Public Order Department of the MIA and NPO “CC ROSS”. 5. Holding of the first stage of the All-Russia Contest for the best teaching and visual aids for security staff training. Representatives of non-state educational establishments of the country made presentations of their best teaching and visual aids. ![]() Great interest was aroused by the Concept of Complex Development of Training and Procedural Framework of a Non-State Educational Establishment presented by the Training Centre “Berkut-Kadet”, as well as by Class-Packs and Class-Modules of textbooks for training private security guards. 6. Modern teaching methods in non-state educational establishments: speeches of representatives of the Central Council of the Education Production Complex ROSS, directors of non-state educational establishments, delegates of the Conference); The participants of the Conference discussed the questions of practical use of modern information technologies and teaching methods in the training process. A report on “Methods of complex use of training and material base, modern information technologies for training private security staff” was made by A. Sidorenko, Director of the Non-State Educational Establishment of Continuing Professional Training “Training Centre “Berkut-Kadet”. |
