In 2009 Mr. Oleg Vladimirovich Skorodumov, a staff member of the Berkut Association, was awarded the title of Honored Coach in hand-to-hand all-around fighting.
The Berkut Association has been a successful player in the security market since 1996 and is one of the leaders in the security and safety market in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The Company’s most valuable asset is its staff. Each staff member makes a contribution to the team’s success. The administrative staff of the company is a professional team of managers. Most of them started out as average executives and climbed the career ladder. One of them is Mr. Oleg Skorodumov who started as a guard and went all the way to the position of the staff manager. Mr. Skorodumov is a family man and has a university degree in the humanities. He started working with Berkut in 2002. Oleg is an efficient and conscientious employee who has had special training in hand-to-hand fighting as well as training in firearms. He is a physically, psychologically and morally strong person. He is constantly improving his professional qualifications and thoughtfully shares his experience with his younger colleagues. Oleg has won numerous prestigious competitions in hand-to-hand fighting. Thus, in 1999 he won the National Prestige Cup in all-around fighting, in 2000 – “Volchya Yama” (Trapfall) ultimate fighting championship and in 2003 he won the Russian Ultimate Fighting Competition in Moscow.
In ultimate Gorits fighting there are no restrictions on the strength and hardness of blows and damage areas except for purposeful traumatizing the competitor when he is unable to protect himself.
Oleg has extensive experience in combined competitions as well as teaching experience. Many of his students have succeeded in this sport. For instance, in 2008 one of his trainees became the Champion of Russia in close fight.
