5-6 February 2007 the Association of Security and Legal Companies “Berkut’ took part in the Second All-Russian Meeting of the representatives of Coordination Councils at the organs of the Internal Affairs, that took place at the International Forum “Security Technologies” in Moscow, in the “Crocus-Expo” exhibition center.

The 2^nd All-Russian Conference of the Coordination Councils was organized at the Organs of the Internal Affairs. <It was organized by> the Coordination Center of Directors of Security-Detective Agencies together with the Director of the Licensing Department of the Law and Order Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RF and Department of Economic Security of the Chamber of Commerce RF. The theme of the Conference was: “Interaction of private Security-Detective Agencies with the Police organs – state of work, problems, trend of development.

The purpose of the Conference: exchange of experience between private security-detective agencies and state organs, discussion of priority trends of work.

The themes of the reports were: discussion of the questions of security-detective business, problems, causes by legislative resolutions, regulative directions of licensing committees, discussion of regulation of Russian Business Economical Security market, consolidation of Security –Detective Association in fighting for maintenance of the social law and order, preventive measures against terrorist acts etc.

Among the participants of the Conference there were representatives of the Coordination Councils of The Ministry of the Internal Affairs RF, members of the Coordination Center ROSS, representatives of the Licensing Committees, and also Director of the Licensing Department of the Law and Order Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RF (Vedenov L.V) Department of Economic Security of the Chamber of Commerce RF (Getman N.I) , Deputies of the State Duma (Gudkov G.V) etc.
