In October 2006 the Association “Berkut” developed a special project aimed at motivation of employees, creating special conditions for further development and raising the professional level of employees of the company. 

Every employee, if he wishes, has an opportunity to get a degree in law at Nizhny Novgorod Law Academy. All expenses are covered by the Association “Berkut”. This educational programme developed by the company takes into consideration the working schedule of employees. The schedule of their class and exams is done individually and can be corrected according to their working hours. 

Those who obtained the above mentioned degree can continue their education in a High educational establishment being accepted to the third year. 

Working in the Association “Berkut” and having degrees in law an employee can be promoted in the company and heighten his social status.
