The Third All-Russia seminar of leaders of guarding companies which provide panel guarding took place in Moscow on October 27, 2006.

The leaders of guarding companies from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Saint-Petersburg, Sergiev Posad, Pskov, Rostov-upon-Don, Chelyabinsk, Volgograd, Nizhnevartovsk, Sarapul, Omsk, Samara participated in the seminar. The Association of Guarding and Law Companinies “Berkut” also took part in the seminar, which was devoted to the problems of non-governmental structures providing panel guarding services on the territory of Russia. 

The following topics were offered for discussion:

“Modern technical means of panel guarding”;
“Sales of panel guarding services to private companies”;
“Telemarketing as the instrument of sales of panel guarding services”;
“Perspectives of development of panel guarding services in Russia”;
Police Colonel of MOI RF Klimochkin O.V. made a presentation “Acute problems of organizing private guarding and detective activity”. 

The seminar provoked much interest from the leaders of companies providing panel guarding services. It was decided to conduct the next, fourth seminar in February 2007.
