Within Moscow International Forum "Interpolitech-2006" the Coordination Centre of Guarding and Detective Companies carried out a seminar "Acute Problems of Private Guarding Activity" on October 7. 

Klimochkin O.V., the deputy head of License-Permissive Office of Public Order Department of MOI; Potapov M.A., the deputy head of Regional Division for License-Permissive Work of Moscow City Division of MOI; the editor-in-chief of national security portal, and others were invited to participate in the seminar. 

Members of the Coordination Centre of Guarding and Detective Companies among who there is the Association of Guard and Legal Companies "Berkut", discussed changes in legal acts, which regulate private guarding and detective activities, and perspectives of further changes of laws; possible mistakes connected with the introduction of new statutory acts; problems of providing legal information with the help of modern informational technologies and other acute problems. They also discussed the goals of the Coordination Centre of Guarding and Detective Companies and other public organizations that work at protecting legal rights of guarding companies. 

The question about a temporary withholding of circulation of IZh-71 guns in guarding companies, connected with the latest direction of MOI, was also under discussion.
