The Russian Consulting Group organized a business trip to Germany for leaders of big Russian companies from 5 to 11 October. 

The goal of the trip was to get acquainted with experience in the field of managing big companies. 

The participants of the project among who was the Association "Berkut" as well as representatives of other big Russian companies visited such enterprises as "SIEMENS", "Adidas", "Puma", "BMW", "Audi". During the visit Russian businessmen could learn the history of the companies, could talk with their employees and owners and see the work of the companies "from inside".

During the trip representatives of the guarding company "Berkut" participated in the seminar organized by Klaus Kobjoll – the master of marketing and orientation of clients, the author of the bestsellers "Motivation in Action Style", "Masterly Marketing", "How to Become Better", and others. The seminar staged according to the motivation system "MAX", which was called "System "MAX" at work – the Schindlerhof from inside", also included a meeting with the employees. 

The participants of the project had a chance to get knowledge in the field of managing personnel, obtained by the world famous companies, which will be definitely used by Russian businessmen.
