Resolution of the “Social rating of Building companies”.
29 July in “The House of Builders” there was resolution of the “Social rating of Building companies”. In this rating took part 54 Building Companies, which built apartment houses in 2005-2006.
Experts estimated contracts of the Building companies. Eight contracts took part in the nomination the `“Legal culture”, the experts were professional lawyers. There were three criteria: accordance with legislation, parity of the parties and clearness of formulation. The experts did not know, which contract they were estimating, because all the contracts were codified.
The winner in this nomination was the Ltd “Vybor” (“Choice”) real estate agency.
It happened with the help of the “Jur-Prophy” legal agency, which is the part of the Association of Security and Legal Companies “Berkut”.
It should be mentioned that the Ltd “Jur-Prophy” had been in cooperation with the Vybor” (“Choice”) real estate agency for more than two years. The Board of Directors of the “Vybor” Company thanked the staff of the Legal Agency for their professionalism and expressed this gratitude in the official letter.
General Director of the LTD “Vybor” real estate agency expressed hope on further cooperation and wished the Ltd “Jur-Prophy” success in its work.
