18 may 2006 representatives of the “Berkut” Association participated in the Conference, which was held in the Chamber of Commerce in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The theme of the Conference was ” Problems of copyright infringement in business undertakings”. At the Conference there were Vice-Governor, Vice-Chairman of the Government on development of land-property relations, business, environmental protection and cultural objects protection - I.B Zhivikhina, Minister of support and development of small business, consumers market and services of Nizhny Novgorod region - D.I Labuza and many others. Questions, concerning the use of copyright in commercial activity were discussed at the Conference.

Legal norms of copyright, responsibility for infringement of copyright; mechanism of regulation of the relations between the consumers of the production, including state institutions and authors of this production and organizations, regulating copyright on collective base were also discussed at the Conference.
