To date we’ve already planned to participate in seminar “Important Issues of Housing Law and Participation in Real Estate Building”, which will take place on December 20, 2005 and conducted by Volgo-Vyatsky Academy of State Service, centre “Development”, in Nizhny Novgorod. The program of the seminar will cover the following questions:

• Survey of practical implementation of law of share holding in building. Perspectives and changes in building activity and agrarian behaviour on the basis of new legislation of Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2006.
• Implementation of Federal law “Registration of property right to real estate and deals with it” in situations when unfinished projects and newly built objects are registered. Adjudgement of property right to unauthorized building (judicial practice).
• Survey of federal laws directed to development of dwelling at reasonable prices. Actual innovations and problems of implementation of Housing Code RF.
• Correlation of Housing Code RF norms with Civil Code RF. Share holding in building as a new institution of Civil Law.

We also plan participation in Moscow seminar, which will take place from 23 to 26 January, 2006, and will be conducted with the help of “Garant” company and “Corporate Lawyer” magazine. The topic of the seminar is “New in the Legislation of Building Activity”. The seminar will cover the following questions:

• Latest changes in land, civil, housing legislations and legislation of state registration of property rights to real estate and deals with it;
• Implementation of Agrarian Code RF in building activity assuming changes introduced by Federal Law “Implementation of Housing Code RF”;
• Practical peculiarities of using new Housing Code RF and Federal Law “Share Holding in Building Tenement Houses”;
• Jurisdiction of state bodies and local authorities in providing land for building;
• Town-planning regulation activity connected with building;
• Regulation of building up city territories and countryside;
• Forming land for building, holding tenders
• Registration of property right for land for building a tenement;
• Order of making, executing and canceling contracts used in building including building contracts and share holding contracts;
• Mortgage lending as a means of financing building;
• Arbitral experience of proceedings connected with contracts used in building.
