On September 16 in shopping centre "Respublica" a branch of Moscow self-service chain “Soyuz” was open. This event was followed by a concert, games and a lottery on Revolution Square.

Association of Guard and Legal Companies "Berkut" sent its employees to provide public order. “Berkut”’s employees in camouflage uniform maintained order around the concert stage; people in civilian clothes were on duty in the self-service shop.

Thanks to highly professional training of «Berkut»’s employees the presentation of the new shop was conducted on high level.
